1. A state-of-the-art Emergency Call bell & Panic Alarm System, ensuring residents can alert staff quickly in emergencies, providing peace of mind.
2.The Intercom System facilitates seamless communication between residents and staff, fostering a connected community.
3.An Induction Loop System enhances accessibility for students with hearing impairments, promoting inclusivity.
4.Reliable entertainment through the Communal Aerial Broadcast Distribution (CABD) System, while the Pubilc Address System ensures clear communication during events and emergencies.
5.The Octopus System streamlines payment processes for laundry and air-conditioning, enhancing convenience.
